Toronto Freedive holds pool training sessions at the Pam Am Pool (Morningside Dr.) on Monday evenings from 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
To participate in the training sessions, you are required to either provide proof of certification in freediving or mermaid training or be enrolled in a course with a certified instructor.
Participants need to have their proper equipment for the training sessions. However, if you don't have access to the necessary equipment, Toronto Freedive can assist.

To ensure fairness and consideration within the Freedive Toronto community, we have established the following cancellation policy for pool sessions:
If you cancel your pool spot at least 48 hours before the scheduled pool time on Mondays, your fee will be fully refunded.
Last minute will be nonrefundable and non-transferable.
We kindly request everyone to be respectful and mindful of each other, as demand for pool time is high. By adhering to this policy, we can ensure equal opportunities for all members of the Freedive Toronto community.
